Which product do I need?

What is a credit?
Credits are how every plan is counted, in one wallet. An applicant or lead uses 30 credits, with retries and up to 2 connected minutes included. A website chat uses 5. A minute past that uses 15 credits, billed per second. Numbers on your suppression list, invalid numbers and duplicates within 30 days never use a credit.
What does one Dial applicant cost?
About ₹53 on Starter (2,000 credits for ₹3,499), about ₹52 each on Growth and about ₹51 each on Scale, + GST. An applicant counts once, when reached or after the last attempt with no answer. Retries are included.
What does Revvox Talk cost?
Revvox Talk uses the same plans. A chat uses 5 credits, for one conversation of up to 24 hours, so Starter at ₹3,499 a month covers about 400 chats, about ₹9 each: about 400 chats on Starter, 1,340 on Growth, 3,370 on Scale. + GST.
Does Revvox charge per minute?
Only past the included minutes. Loop and Dial are priced per lead or applicant, and each one includes up to 2 connected minutes across all its calls. A minute past that uses 15 credits. A website chat uses 5 credits, however long it runs.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused plan credits roll over one month. After that month they expire. Top-up credits last 12 months.
What if I run out?
Calls stop at zero, so there is never a surprise bill. You get alerts at 25%, 10% and zero. Buy a top-up (1,000 credits for ₹1,999, 5,000 credits for ₹8,999, 10,000 credits for ₹17,999, or any amount from 500 credits; valid 12 months.) or move to a larger plan.
Is there a contract or minimum?
