What is a Hindi voice AI agent?
A Hindi voice AI agent is an AI that holds a phone conversation in Hindi: it understands spoken Hindi, replies in a natural Hindi voice and completes a task such as qualifying a lead or screening a job applicant. Why Hinglish matters
Nobody in Delhi says “sampatti” for property.
They say “2 BHK”, “budget” and “site visit”.
Most Indian customers do not speak textbook Hindi on the phone. They say “mera budget around 80 lakh hai”, “weekend pe site visit ho sakti hai?” or “joining next month kar sakta hoon”. A voice bot trained to expect pure Hindi either misunderstands these sentences or replies in a formal Hindi that sounds like a government announcement, and the caller hangs up.
