How you get paid

₹900 for each round you complete and report on, paid to your UPI, bank or PayPal. You choose the hours and the rounds; there is no minimum. If a candidate does not turn up, you are still paid.

What does an expert interview cost a company?
It is in early access, and pricing is agreed with each founding company before the first interview. Ask on the companies page.
How much do interviewers earn?
₹900 for each round you complete and report on ($11 when the candidate paid in dollars), paid to your UPI, bank or PayPal. A candidate who does not turn up still pays you.
How many rounds will I get as an interviewer?
We are starting with a handful of companies, so early volume is modest. You choose how many rounds to take.
Which skills do you need first?
Backend, frontend and full stack first, then mobile, data and DevOps.
Who makes the hiring decision?
The company. The expert's scorecard is a written record with a recommendation; the offer is always the company's call.
I am a candidate. Can I practise here?
Yes: practise with a mock interview. If a company sent you an interview link, just open it; you do not need an account.
